We have three service levels: Entry level, Standard and Premium

Entry level – You can choose to be on this tariff for up to 3 years

Standard – Discounted message fee of £1.45 benefits established businesses needing a partner they can trust to manage larger or fluctuating numbers of calls, additional admin tasks charged at £1.85 each.

Premium – Dedicated PA cover includes diary management (powered by Microsoft Exchange Server).

The Monthly Subscription covers:

  • Call Filtering
  • Periodical Reporting

* Tasks include:

  • Detailed messages forwarded by email 
  • Call Transfer to either landline or mobile (plus call charges)
  • A helpdesk or other CRM action
  • An outbound call or other admin action
