We have three service levels: Entry level, Standard and Premium

Entry level – You can choose to be on this tariff for up to 3 years

Standard – benefits established businesses requiring a partner they can trust to manage fluctuating numbers of calls and support tasks

Premium – includes diary management (powered by Microsoft Exchange Server).

The Monthly Subscription covers:

  • Call Filtering
  • Periodical Reporting

* Tasks include:

  • Messages forwarded by email
  • Call Transfer to either landline or mobile (plus call charges)
  • A Zendesk or other CRM action
  • An outbound call or other admin action.
